This branch is the advocate for civil rights in the Jacksonville, Florida community. The vision of the NAACP is to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.

Take Em Down Everywhere is a black-led, multiracial, international, intergenerational, inclusive coalition of organizers committed to the removal of ALL symbols of white supremacy from the public landscape as a part of the greater push for racial and economic justice and structural equity. While their work is primarily anchored in the United States, there is ally representation around the world working toward the removal of white supremacist symbols in their respective regions.
